Please read this important message about the Arizona Designer Craft & Art Workshops and Activities contained within the workshop description. All information contained herein is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. All information, events, and/or prices are subject to change or withdrawal. We shall not be held responsible for any typographical errors, misinformation, or misprints. Every effort is made to provide information that is accurate. However, information contained on our web site is subject to change at any time by AZDCA. Please confirm the information with the listing party. AZDCA also reserves the right to post any photographs taken during the events on its website without prior permission of the individuals who are in the photographs. Discretion will be applied, where appropriate.
AZDCA events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the AZDCA Executive Board and Sponsors of AZDCA events, assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity or otherwise. Participation in AZDCA events is considered “at your own risk.” All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions given in the Workshops.
You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising our of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.
AZDCA reserves the right to provide alternate speakers, instructors or locations for each Workshop or event on a case-by-case basis.
AZDCA will make these decisions at our discretion; do in whole or in part because of unforeseeable, unnatural, natural, accidental, or incidental causes and or reasons.
Only paid participants to all AZDCA events and activities are allowed to attend. No guests will be permitted unless noted otherwise.
We try to make every effort to ensure that the activities available in any publications and listed on our web site are accessible to all. If you use special adaptive equipment, please let us know. Write to us at the address contained within our Contact page. It would be helpful if you can be as specific as possible when describing the information you seek. Workshop Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel any time up to thirty days before the beginning of a workshop, you will receive a refund of the money paid, minus a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than thirty days before the workshop, there will be no refund unless there is a wait list with a replacement. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Photography Waiver:

By participating in AZDCA workshops or activities:
You are are giving permission to use your likeness (for students over 18 year old) or art work in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the AZDCA and will not be returned.
You are irrevocably authorizing AZDCA to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness or art work appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
You hold harmless, release, and forever discharge AZDCA from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

AZDCA reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in AZDCA events should they choose not to accept the terms of this Agreement.
