About the event

In this workshop you will learn Reverse Roller Printing, which is an interesting process created by Hoss Rogers. Hoss’s technique incorporates traditional metal stamping to create a positive instead of a negative image on your metal. This class will include designing, piercing, stamping, and forming a unique chunky cuff bracelet.  Tons of fun!! The technique has all kinds of possibilities for future pieces you create!!  A really great process to have in your metalsmithing arsenal.

This workshop is limited to 8 students.

BIO: Hoss is a studio artist located in Tempe, Arizona.  Hoss started creating jewelry in middle school using silver and turquoise.  His greatest influences were native American art, Hispanic culture, low riders, hotrods, and old trucks that he was exposed to growing up in the Southwest.  He studied at ASU under David Pimentel.  After his formal education, Hoss spent 12 years living in Taos, NM .  There he…
